don't mind an announcer being anti-ref ... maybe went a bit overboard with the whole thing but he was right a helluva lot more than he was wrong (which is more than the ref can say). of course easy to rip on a ref after 2-3 slo mo instant replays

I'm all for announcers mentioning how poorly the officials are calling a match but there was one foul where Andy was tearing up the official that I felt was easily missed. It was where one player stepped on another player's foot. There was no body contact and no tripping of the legs. I could see where it would be easy to miss.

Like you say, we have the benefit of the doubt with all the replays. That was one instance where I believe the official may have not seen the foot being stipped on.
